Have you been denied Social Security Disability Benefits?

Most applicants are denied benefits initially.  Many disabled people become discouraged and don't pursue their claim.  This is often a mistake.  If you are disabled but you have been denied benefits, you can let us help you.

What can a Social Security Representative do for you?

A representative can do many things for you, depending on  your particular case.
Here are a few examples:

  • Gather medical and other evidence.
  • Contact your doctor and obtain appropriate medical forms.
  • Analyze your case under Social Security regulations
  • Review actions taken by the Social Security Administration.
  • Prepare you to testify at a hearing.
  • Submit a written summary of evidence to the administrative law judge.
  • Review, suggest changes or make objections to written questions, which are sometimes sent to a doctor by the administrative law judge after a hearing requesting an additional medical opinion.
